We currently ship exclusively to the United Kingdom, including:
- England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland
Note: We do not deliver to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, British Overseas Territories, EU nations, or other international destinations.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Order processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard shipping: 5-7 business days after dispatch
- Total estimated delivery: 6-9 business days from order date
- Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays
3. Shipping Costs
- FREE Standard Shipping on all UK orders regardless of order value
- No hidden fees or surcharges for regional destinations
4. Customs & Import Duties
As goods ship from the United States:
- UK customers may be liable for import VAT and customs duties
- These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs
- We cannot predict or reimburse these third-party government fees
- Recipients are responsible for clearing customs parcels
5. Shipment Tracking
- All orders include tracking numbers via email
- Real-time tracking available through carrier websites
- Signature required upon delivery for orders over £100
6. Delivery Issues
- Failed deliveries will result in carrier holding notices
- Unclaimed parcels returned after 15 business days
- Address changes require immediate notification pre-dispatch
- Damaged parcels must be reported within 48 hours with photo evidence
7. Winter Service Notice
During November-January:
- Allow +3 business days for delivery due to seasonal volumes
- Orders placed after 15 December may not arrive before Christmas
